The first 30 days of an employee’s tenure with a company is the most important in his or her career, just like Presidents are required to get up to speed, such as Pres. Obama’s first hundred days in office.
This process should be based on the Cycle of Learning and follow a carefully defined process.
This will bring the employee up to speed quickly and will ensure the minimisation of reputation risky behaviour. It will also prevent exposure to Life safety dangers.
