I delivered a 2 – hour presentation on Commercial and Reputational Diligence today at the Mitsubishi Corporation’s annual conference in Sandton.

The conference was attended by delegates from 11 African offices.

The content was well received and the key takeways I shared included the importance of doing your homework and including both tangible and intangibles when doing diligence.
